In his career, he grew as an engineer to Senior Software Engineer and after to Lead roles (Team Lead to Engineering Manager to Head of Engineering to VP of Engineering to CTO). And now he is helping people and teams/companies to thrive with Fractional/Interim CTO roles, tech advising, coaching and mentoring. He is also writing one of the fastest growing newsletters for engineers and managers called Engineering Leadership newsletter.
Leandro Fernandez is an Engineering Manager at Meta, London, with 16 years of experience as an engineer/manager in big tech, like Meta, Uber and Dell Technologies. He has a successful track record of supporting high performing teams of software and machine learning engineers. Some of the cool projects that he launched in the past include Uber's Audio Recording and Record My Ride, and Meta's automated data removal infrastructure.
Andy Kuszyk is a Staff Engineer at Typeform, an occasional blog author, and an Emacs enthusiast! He's mostly worked in backend systems with the likes of Go, Terraform, and Kubernetes, but also enjoys thinking about the way teams work, communicate, and transfer knowledge.
Tech Lead with over 15 years of experience in IT across various industries, including media, public sector or finance. Proven track record in leading development teams, designing scalable systems, and delivering impactful solutions. Recent work focuses on the practical implementation of AI in production environments, enhancing workflows, automating processes, and driving innovation.
Tim Makin is a Software Engineering Manager at CDL with over 20 years of experience in driving innovation and delivering high-impact digital products. They currently lead 14 teams, guiding projects from conception to completion while fostering a culture of excellence. Before their current role, Tim spent six of those years as the founder of a digital agency, developing solutions for world-renowned organisations including the BBC, Tesco, IKEA, and Sage.

Steven has 13+ years of industry experiance as an engineer, tech lead, interim CTO, technical co-founder and technical consulting. Starting out as a software engineer and moving quickly to tech lead and consulting to building digital venture teams across London. Most two roles have been Head of Technology and Head of AI/Developemnt for two multinational companies. Day to day activies focused around research, development and integration of new tools and workflows for engineering teams, hiring and training the next generation of developers and building modern sustainable software.

He has spoken around the world including conferences like All Things Open, Web Unleashed, NodeConf Colombia, and React Amsterdam.
Senior UX Engineer @Microsoft with over 19 years of experience. He actively shares insights on software development, open-source contributions, and emerging technologies. His work reflects a commitment to clean code, continuous learning, and community engagement.
Ioana is an engineer manager flavored in communities, and devrel, that has more than 12 years of experience in tech with a specialization in mobile apps and web. Sr. Engineering Manager at Interledger Foundation. She is the Module Owner for Mozilla Reps, one of the alumni of MozTechSpeakers, and stands as an ambassador for CodeWeek at the European Commission. In her free time, she contributes to Open Source and different volunteering programs, while enjoying a coffee or a good wine.
