Kevin Ball is VP of engineering at Mento, focused on helping modern workers grow in their careers via a unique combination of coaching and mentorship. He is also a trained coach who works with engineers and engineering managers, a panelist on the JSParty podcast, and publishes Human Skills, a series of weekly interviews of tech industry leaders on all of the non-technical skills that go into success in the tech industry.

Kevin is an experienced engineer, manager, and entrepreneur who has co-founded and acted as CTO for 2 companies, founded the San Diego Javascript Meetup, and has written articles for publications including Smashing Magazine, web designer magazine, Net magazine, and LeadDev. He has spoken around the world including conferences like All Things Open, Web Unleashed, NodeConf Colombia, and React Amsterdam.

Interledger Foundation

Ioana is an engineer manager flavored in communities, and devrel, that has more than 12 years of experience in tech with a specialization in mobile apps and web. Sr. Engineering Manager at Interledger Foundation. She is the Module Owner for Mozilla Reps, one of the alumni of MozTechSpeakers, and stands as an ambassador for CodeWeek at the European Commission. In her free time, she contributes to Open Source and different volunteering programs, while enjoying a coffee or a good wine.

Maxim Salnikov

Maxim Salnikov is a tech and cloud community enthusiast based in Oslo. With over two decades of experience as a web developer, he shares his extensive knowledge of the web platform, cloud computing, and AI by speaking at and providing training for developer events worldwide. By day, Maxim plays a crucial role in supporting the development of cloud and AI solutions within European companies, serving as the leader of developer productivity business at Microsoft. During evenings, he can be found running events for Norway's largest web and cloud development communities. Maxim is passionate about exploring and experimenting with Generative AI possibilities, including AI-assisted development. To share his insights and connect with like-minded professionals globally, he founded and organized the inaugural Prompt Engineering Conference, the first of its kind on a global scale.
