  • Yes, it is possible to pay via invoice. Please, send your company details here and we will issue it for you:

      • company name
      • company address
      • VAT number
      • number and type of ticket(s) you're interested in

    As soon as we receive the payment, we'll send you a code to activate the ticket(s).

  • Yes, you can. Simply log in to your ti.to account and re-assign the ticket to this person. Pay attention that only a ticket buyer can re-assign tickets.

  • You can easily change the name in the ticket in your ti.to account. Just log in and edit the attendee information. Pay attention that only the ticket buyer can do that.

  • You can participate remotely via GitNation Multipass.

    Multipass holders enjoy a 15% discount across all our in-person events. Applicable to a single non-combo ticket or a PRO workshop per event.

    To participate in-person you can contact us here to upgrade your ticket and get a 15% discount to attend the event.

    Please note that the discount does not apply to Early Bird tickets either.

Recordings

  • If you are a Multipass or Full ticket holder you'll get early access to talk recordings at gitnation.com.

    Note, the publication of the recordings from hybrid day can take around 1-2 weeks as they require more time for post-production. While the recordings from remote days are usually available the next day.

Discounts, diversity scholarships, students, etc.

  • Yes, to get a group discount please click the ‘Order now’ button in the tickets section and choose “Team Ticket”.

    Please note that team tickets may be sold out, so it's best not to delay your purchase. Also, a team discount does not apply to Early Bird tickets as this is the lowest price we offer.

Other

  • Yes, you can. Please, fill in the form. Please note, that the application via the form doesn't mean that you'll be invited to join the team. Unfortunately, the number of spots is limited.

    Also please be sure that you’re going to be available on the day of the event and the day before it.

Food & Beverage

  • Yes, there will be breakfast, hot lunch and coffee breaks.

    There will be vegan, gluten free & lactose free dishes. If you have an allergy that is not included in the above options, please let us know as soon as possible at [email protected].

Refunds

  • Yes, we can make a refund if your visa for travel was not approved. Please send us the declining letter from the embassy or any other confirming documents.

  • No, we do not provide refunds in this case due to our policies. Please check our T&C here.
